Who is Caroline Middlebrook?
I used to be a software developer based in the UK but on Wednesday 22nd August 2007, I handed in my resignation from that job. I have not just quit the job, but I have quit the 9-5 for GOOD. When I quit my job I was unemployed! Well, self-employed. At the time I had no income, no savings, and no cunning plan.
What I did have is a bucket load of ideas and a burning desire to live a life that aligns with my purpose and my goals. Not my employer’s goals, and not my employer’s clients goals.
It was sink or swim time, and this blog is the record of everything I have done from that point.
By the way, in case you were wondering - I SWAM!

My Projects
This blog is a record of my efforts to earn a living online and whilst some of my income now comes from the blog itself, I prefer to use a project-based approach to working. I’ve always got one or two projects on the go and for each one I create a project page on the blog with a todo-list and a summary of all the blog posts that relate to that project.
